JB 1 driver

We have designed the JB1 driver with very simplistic lines, the much loved pear drop shape retained, void of bells and whistles (well almost) it has a single variable weight screw at the rear of the sole plate used to fine tune the finished swing weight to suit the players swing type. The head is constructed in two parts as against the usual 3 or 4 usually used. How is this possible? Well the main shell is cast from light but durable 6-4 titanium, whilst the deep face is forged from SP700 titanium alloy then plasma welded. This method of design requires just one weld, as against the usual 3 or 4. So if this method is such a good idea, why don't all manufacturers use it? In one word, cost! It is far more expensive to cast a one piece shell, than it is to press out the various parts from plate then welding.
This cast-constructed method directs more energy forward to the cup face, even an average player can feel the difference. It has a very solid sound on contact with the ball. As the player gradually tunes into the JB1, it will soon prove to become a very workable driver.
